Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar has bought new Nissan GT R 530. The luxurious car is been imported from Dubai from a dealer by the name Arabian Automobiles.
Prior to this, Sachin was having the luxurious sports car Ferrari 360 Modena. This beautiful car was gifted to Tendulkar by Michael Schumacher, when the Indian cricketer crossed Don Bradman’s record which was of 29 centuries in test cricket. Michael gave him this present when he was in Silverstone, England. He got it in the year 2002.
Sachin got much media attention when his this four-tyred vehicle was coming in India and it was caught by Indian Customs Department. The God of cricket said that he has not got any prize and this is a gift from someone and so there’s no question of imposing any sort of taxes on it.

After some negotiations and discussions with the government of India, the world’s best cricketer and govt agreed and he was freed from the customs duty altogether. He felt a sigh of relief as the tax duty which was asked to pay him was a high price of 1 crores and 13 lakhs rupees, which is a big amount.
Mr. Tendulkar sold Ferrari just day before yesterday on 23 June 2011 to a businessman from Surat, Gujarat, Jayesh Desai, who is the chairman of Raj Hans Group. On getting this Ferrari, Jayesh expressed his feelings with happiness and said that it’s a symbol of the batsman love for him. This is a special gift for him and he will never think that he has given money to get it in his own home. He said that once Indian hero rode this red color sports car and now he will. So, he is very happy. He said that his dream has become true today though he did not disclosed the amount that he paid for this Modena 360.
Sachin is now happy with his new adventure as 360 Modena’s low ground clearance was becoming an obstacle for him to drive on Mumbai roads and since he loves driving at a fast pace. He will now be experimenting with his Dubai based Nissan GT R530 and let’s see how this Nisan proves for him.
