Baba Ram Rahim Gurmeet Singh celebrated Shah Satnam Ji Birthday in Sirsa

Saint Baba Ram Rahim Gurmeet Singh celebrated the 92nd birthday of second spiritual master, Saint Shah Satnam Ji Maharaj, of Sacha Sauda dera at their Sirsa Ashram. The birthday was celebrated on January 25, 2011.

More than 12.5 million (1 crore 25 lakhs) volunteers from all over the world became a part of this function. More than 43,000 people took the holy sacred God’s words from Guruji. Birthday celebration started at 6 in evening and lasted till 1 midnight.

Ram Rahim Babaji celebrates the birthday every year on this holy day. On this day, Babaji started following new welfare activities:
1. Widow-marriage: Babaji asked his volunteers to come forward and adopt the widows and marry them. He said that this is also a great welfare work for humanity to adopt such girls that have lost their husbands in their early ages.
2. We one, our one: Babaji asked his followers to have only 1 child, can be max 2, but not more than 2. As per Saint Ram Rahim Gurmeet Ji, this is mandatory in today’s era to have a check on growing population.

With this, number of human welfare works of DSS climbed to 62.

Last year, around 11.7 million volunteers participated in this birthday ceremony. It is also to be noted here that first Prostitution Marriage was done last year on the same day by this spiritual organization.
