Sony Ericsson has announced its Android based Walkman phone. The phone is not yet available to purchase, it has just been announced in Indonesia. The phone has 3.2 MP camera with 3 inch touch-screen and looks similar to Sony’s Xperia X8. This is first Walkman Android phone from Sony.
It will be available for purchase in India, China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam from Q2 2011. Users would be able to select from Red, Azure and Orange colors.
The smartphone has Walkman Player at topmost corner and Youtube at bottom left. Moreover, you can customize the icons as you want. With Walkman Player, you can create playlists on your own and can listen the melodious songs easily. It has an Infinite button, which gives you information on the current song.
At the 4 corners of the smartphone, you can add your any favorite icon that you think you need the most.
Example: At one corner, you can add any News Site Icon and if further want to replace it with any other one, you can easily do that. Adding icons in the corner saves your time and you feel at ease. Your favorite item is on the home-screen of your device and there you go.
