HTC has launched its Wildfire S smartphone for Indian consumers. The phone runs Android 2.1 Eclair Operating system with HTC Sense.
The Touch Screen is Capacitive one having functionality of Print-To-Zoom.
The company’s India Division Manager Faisal Siddiqui said that it is among one of the best selling handsets and they have their full hopes on this device. He added that it is a worth product and a great value for consumers’ wallet.
The smartphone weighs just 105 grams inclusive of battery.
It has Friend Stream that allows you to see your all friends Tweets, Facebook status updates and the photos that they upload on Flickr at the same time.

The mobile has HTC Caller ID facility in it that not only allows you to see the callers Number and Name, but it shows you their Birthday Date and Facebook Status also.
The WildFire S has a flashlight inbuilt in it with which you can see the keys and text on the handset in the dark too.
You get good browsing with the inbuilt Adobe Flash support for online video and auto rotation from landscape to portrait and vice versa.
The manufacturer has integrated their news app with which you can see the latest news right on your device.
If you are surfing the Android Apps section and an app interests you, you can send its link to your friends’ right from there with just a click.
The G-Sensor helps you to play the games more easily. You can tilt the handset in any direction and the sensor helps you in every way.
The ringer is automatic. When you lift up the device, the ring sound decreases and when you turn the face of phone down, it automatically mutes.
